Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated 16 January 2025

Thank you for shopping at turtlle.in.

1. We only accept return in case of damaged product received ( Opening video is mandatory ). Full refund in case of the same will be issued.
2. No returns for sizing and material should be entertained. Please check sizing and material info before ordering. 
3. Refund, in case of a return, will be initiated in the form of a gift card after deducting Rs. 99 as return shipping and transaction charges.
   These charges are deducted by us to make up for the logistics cost incurred by us on the return of a product.
4. No code is required. The gift card will be applied automatically at checkout during your next purchase.
5. The gift card will be valid for a period of 60 days, from the date of initiation and can be used in more than 1 installments during these 60 days only.
6. No pickups are available, in case of any exchanges customer can send the item back to us.

Refunds in case of any will be initiated after recieving the shipment back and product gets checked for usage. And will get processed within 3-5 Days.
